An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding leisure and retail business.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact operational and strategic initiatives across a dynamic multi-site environment. This role will play a key part in supporting business expansion, enhancing operational performance, driving sustainability initiatives, and identifying cost efficiencies across the portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects within leisure, hospitality, retail, or other multi-site operational environments, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and achieve measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of operational and business improvement projects
- Drive sustainability initiatives and support wider ESG objectives
- Identify and implement cost-saving and operational efficiency opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, property, and finance
- Support expansion and transformation programmes across the business
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Key Requirements
- Proven project management experience within leisure, retail, hospitality, or related sectors
- Strong background in operations, transformation, and business improvement initiatives
- Experience delivering sustainability and cost-efficiency programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially minded with strong analytical capability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
