An AI software company operating in the AI search / content visibility space is hiring its first commercial hires in Europe. They help brands improve how they appear inside tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity — a huge shift that’s changing how companies think about SEO, content and customer acquisition.

- Grew from ~$3M → ~$15M → nearly ~$20M ARR in a very short period
- Targeting ~$60M ARR next
- Team scaled from ~40 → 150 people YoY
- Raised a major Series B from top-tier investors
- Already generating meaningful European revenue without a local sales team
- US sales team massively outperforming — majority of reps over target, multiple at 150-200%+
️ What you’ll do
- Be one of the first GTM hires in EMEA
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound through close
- Sell into Mid-Market and Enterprise companies
- Typical buyers: CMOs, VP Marketing, senior commercial stakeholders
- Build pipeline, close deals and help shape the EMEA GTM motion
- Work directly with US leadership while operating with high autonomy
- Help lay the foundations for the future EMEA team
What they’re looking for
- 3-7 years of B2B SaaS closing experience
- Strong hunter mentality and ability to self-source pipeline
- Proven top performer (President’s Club / consistent overachievement)
- Experience selling to senior stakeholders
- Someone comfortable in fast-moving, early stage, high-growth environments
- High ownership, strong communication and genuine builder mentality

- AI / Martech / SEO / data platform exposure
- Startup or founding AE experience
- Additional European languages
