An opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Solicitor (2–3 PQE) to join a fast-growing and highly ambitious international Corporate team in London.
This dynamic practice advises an impressive client base ranging from high-growth technology businesses and innovative start-ups through to major multinational corporates on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions. The team is particularly recognised for its strength across the technology, media, communications, life sciences, energy and retail sectors.
The successful candidate will work on a varied mix of high-profile corporate matters, including:
- Public and private M&A transactions
- Venture capital and private equity investments
- Equity capital markets matters
- Joint ventures and strategic corporate transactions
- Cross-border international deals across multiple jurisdictions
The role offers exceptional exposure to international work, with close collaboration across a global network of offices and specialist teams.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ PQE gained within a leading City or international corporate practice
- Strong experience advising on corporate transactions, including M&A and venture capital matters
- Excellent technical drafting and transactional skills
- Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage aspects of complex transactions and build strong client relationships
- Enthusiastic and collaborative mindset with a desire to work in a truly international environment
