ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH COORDINATOR East Lothian | 32K-38K | Full-Time Love logistics? Thrive under pressure? This one’s for you. We’re on the hunt for a sharp, organised Order Processing & Dispatch Coordinator to join a leading fresh produce business in East Lothian. You’ll be at the heart of a buzzing packhouse operation – making sure orders are spot-on, stock is allocated smartly, and deliveries go out like clockwork. If you love keeping things running smoothly and get a kick out of nailing the details, keep reading. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? 32,000 – 38,000 salary (we reward experience) 28 days holiday (pro rata) Paid overtime during busy periods Stable, permanent role in an essential industry Friendly, hands-on team environment Real variety – no two days are the same WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO Process retailer orders via email, ERP (Tropos) & EDI systems Allocate stock & work closely with the packing team Build pallets to spec & keep dispatch records bang-on accurate Book hauliers, manage delivery slots & fix problems fast Keep traceability tight from order to dispatch Monitor stock levels (trays, pallets) & arrange replenishment Support production planning & keep stock sheets up to date Chip in wherever needed – we’re a team! WHAT YOU’LL NEED Experience with ERP systems & EDI platforms (Tropos is a bonus) Solid Excel skills – you’re comfortable wrangling data Organised, calm under pressure & solution-focused Great communicator – hauliers, depots, internal teams, you’ve got it covered Sharp eye for detail (especially stock control & paperwork) Clued up on food hygiene & H&S basics Own transport (essential – rural site) Reliable & flexible (occasional weekends during peak times) THE HOURS 40 hours/week – schedule agreed with Head of Dispatch & Logistics Flexibility needed (including occasional weekends) Overtime available during peak seasons SOUND LIKE YOUR NEXT MOVE?
