Investment Banking Associate, Healthcare M&A, Tier One Bank

A global investment bank is now looking to add an Associate to their London Healthcare M&A team. The team is very successful, and has an excellent pipeline of deals.

The role will focus on:

• Execute M&A transactions within the pharma and healthcare sector
• Assisting clients with their M&A strategy
• Work in all aspects of deals from origination to completion
• Deal structuring
• Financial modelling and analysis
• Prepare transaction documents
• Deal negotiation

The successful candidate will have a background as follows:

• Associate level professional working in M&A with another firm

• Lead advisory with the M&A team of a major accounting firm

• Excellent deal sheet
