Credit Controller

Castle Donington | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home) | Up to £30,000

We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a growing finance team based in Castle Donington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous credit control or accounts receivable experience who enjoys building relationships, managing accounts, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
  • Building strong relationships with customers to resolve queries efficiently
  • Allocating incoming payments accurately
  • Raising and issuing customer statements
  • Investigating and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies
  • Supporting cash collection targets and reducing aged debt
  • Maintaining accurate account records across finance systems

About You:

  • Previous experience within Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
  • Experience in Non-Profit Organisations preferred
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage workloads and prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and finance systems
  • Proactive and team-oriented approach
