We are now seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Territory Manager to join the team covering East Anglia. This is an exciting opportunity for a medical device sales professional looking to further develop their career within the specialist urology market.

Working within hospital, theatre, and outpatient environments, you’ll collaborate closely with clinicians and healthcare professionals to support better diagnostics, treatment pathways, and patient care.

As Territory Manager, you will take ownership of a specialist urology portfolio, driving sales growth and developing strong clinical relationships across your territory.

This is a highly visible field-based role where you will combine commercial expertise with clinical engagement to deliver exceptional customer support and business growth.

Achieve and exceed territory sales and revenue targets Identify and secure new business opportunities across NHS and private healthcare accounts Deliver product demonstrations, installations, and end-user training Maintain accurate territory plans, forecasts, and CRM updates Support customers within hospital departments, theatre settings, and outpatient clinics

Minimum 2 years’ experience within medical device sales Proven experience selling within the medical devices industry Strong communication and relationship-building skills Full UK driving licence

Urology sales experience Experience working within NHS hospital environments Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
