We’re looking for an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our Sales team. You’ll be selling Papaya’s cutting-edge platform that simplifies global payroll, payments, and workforce management.

Identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts. Sales Execution Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers to service delivery. Understand and articulate client challenges related to global payroll, compliance, and international HR operations. Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align client needs with platform capabilities. Share insights and feedback from the field to support continuous improvement.

Minimum 10 years’ experience managing full sales cycles, with exposure and high connectivity industries such as Banking, Government, NGO, sectors. Proven track record in consultative, solution-based selling with demonstratable network. Experience with tools such as Salesforce, LI Navigator, Gong, Slack, or MS Teams. Exposure to international expansion and workforce management trends. Strong proposal writing and presentation skills (Word, PowerPoint, Google Slides)….
