The Sports practice continues to expand and we are looking for an Executive Search Consultant who can demonstrate a proven track record of commercial achievement within a recruitment/executive search consultant role.

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT:

• A proven track record of delivering search projects at executive and senior management level is essential.
• Naturally driven and outstanding communication skills to build strong business relationships at all levels.
• Previous experience within Sports or Finance recruitment would be of particular interest.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop client and candidate relationships at the highest level.
• Develop a strong understanding of clients, their culture and business objectives.
• Achieve personal targets through selling and executing the full range of Executive Search services in a professional manner, building an effective client and candidate network within your specialist area.
• Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to identify and win business from both new and existing client companies.
• Contribute to discussions on client base development and major account management.
