IamcurrentlyrecruitingforaFinancialAdviserpositiononbehalfofanaward-winningclientbasedinPeterborough.Thisisafull-time,hybridroleofferingasalaryof45,000-60,000peryearplusbonus,withbenefitsincludingacompanypension,lifeinsurance,andfreeon-siteparking.
Thefirmiscurrentlysobusytheyarehavingtoturnworkaway.Thesuccessfulcandidatewilltakeonapproximately80existingclients,joiningasmallandsupportiveteamthatprioritisesdoingtherightthingfortheclient.Youwillalsohaveaccesstoexcellentsupportstaffwhoassistwithappointmentsandpreppacks,aswellasanAIsystemcalled”Sophie”forlettergeneration.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Conductcomprehensiveassessmentstodeveloppersonalisedfinancialplans.
- Provideadviceoninvestments,estateplanning,retirementsavings,andriskmanagement.
- Maintainstrongclientrelationshipsthroughregularcommunication.
- Ensureregulatorycomplianceandmaintainaccuraterecords.
- Collaboratewithprofessionalstoprovideholisticfinancialsolutions.
Requirements:
- Level4DiplomainFinancialServices(Required).
- Provenexperienceinfinancialserviceswithastrongunderstandingoffinancialplanningprinciples.
- Excellentinterpersonalandanalyticalskills.
- Commitmenttoongoingprofessionaldevelopment.
