An established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Residential Property team in Northampton.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
- Advising clients on legal aspects of property transactions
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors
- Undertaking searches with Local Authorities and the Land Registry
- Handling completion processes including transfer of funds
- Providing clear reporting and updates to clients throughout the transaction
About You
The firm is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented conveyancer with strong client relationship skills.
You may be a:
- Licensed Conveyancer
- Residential Property Solicitor
- Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
- Experienced Conveyancing Executive / Fee Earner
You will ideally have:
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
- Experience handling transactions including mortgages, transfer of equity, buy-to-let, new build and leasehold properties
- Good understanding of property law and AML procedures
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A collaborative and professional approach
