Job Description:

This is an opportunity for a motivated and collaborative Architect to join a highly regarded architecture practice known for its thoughtful, practical, and generous approach to design. The practice offers a dynamic environment where architects are encouraged to contribute across all stages of design, from early concept through to on-site delivery, while continuing to develop their technical, design, and coordination skills. This role will involve working on a variety of projects, supporting senior team members and collaborating with consultants and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.

This position is well suited to an Architect who is keen to build experience across project stages, contribute to meaningful design work, and grow within a collaborative studio environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination of internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Contribute to the delivery of small to mid-sized projects, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Support senior staff in project decision-making, coordination, and reporting.
  • Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and specifications under guidance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Maintain organised project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements & Experience:

  • ARB-registered Architect with at least three years post-Part III (or equivalent) experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design development and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe InDesign.
  • Good understanding of construction workflows, technical detailing, and relevant industry standards, including ISO.
  • Familiarity with coordinating across consultants and wider design teams.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to learning and professional development.
