Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and parkland, it offers individually styled rooms with classic furnishings and scenic views, a restaurant serving locally-sourced British cuisine, and versatile spaces for celebrations, meetings or a relaxing getaway.Were looking for a hands-on Restaurant & Events Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations while coordinating weddings, private functions and corporate events.Main duties and responsibilities:Managing restaurant service across all trading periodsLeading and motivating the FOH teamCoordinating weddings, private events & corporate functionsCreating staff rotas and controlling labour costsWorking closely with the Head Chef for seamless serviceHandling guest feedback and ensuring high satisfactionDriving upselling, event revenue and repeat businessMaintaining licensing, H&S and compliance standardsEssential criteria:Proven experience as a Restaurant or Events ManagerStrong leadership and organisational skillsExperience running weddings and private functionsCommercial awareness and cost control experienceFlexible to work evenings and weekendsMust hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own transportImportant Notes:1.
