In this Sales Advisor role, you’ll be helping customers bring their projects to life, guiding them through the process from first enquiry right through to delivery and aftercare. This isn’t a pushy retail environment. The focus is on building relationships, understanding what customers are trying to achieve, and delivering a genuinely high-end experience. Welcome customers into the showroom and guide them through products and options Support customers across the showroom, phone, email and website enquiries Help with quotations, orders, deliveries and ongoing customer support Manage both customer-facing conversations and the admin side of sales Work closely with the wider showroom team to keep everything running smoothly Provide a high level of service throughout the full customer journey

As this potential next hire, you’ll be personable, organised and comfortable balancing customer interaction with admin and computer-based work. Enjoy speaking with customers and building relationships naturally Have experience within retail, sales or customer-facing environments Have experience within interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lighting or premium retail environments (beneficial but not essential)
