School-Based Youth Wellbeing Mentor (9–3)

Educato Limited is recruiting for a school-based role in a specialist secondary setting. The role involves mentoring students aged 11-16, providing emotional and behavioural support, and working closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams to address attendance and engagement barriers.

You will deliver one-to-one and small group sessions, build trusting relationships with young people, and collaborate with families to support attendance and participation throughout the school day.
