MLCC & Advanced Packaging Consultant
Core Objective: Specialized in electronic ceramics and material science, with a focus on MLCC and optical communication housing (Kyocera-style processes).
Key Responsibilities
Process Benchmarking: Analyse technical paths of industry leaders (e.g., Kyocera, Murata) regarding ceramic packaging and MLCC dielectric layers.
Packaging Consulting: Provide expertise on HTCC/LTCC (High/Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics) for optical modules, focusing on thermal management and hermeticity.
R&D Assessment: Evaluate technical capabilities of candidates/teams in high-layer count MLCC thinning processes.
Candidate Requirements
• Expertise: Deep background in electronic ceramics, precision materials, or semiconductor packaging.
• Specific Domain Knowledge: * MLCC: Expert in material formulation, thin-layer stacking, and high-frequency characterization.
• Optical Comm: Extensive experience in optical module packaging, specifically familiar with Kyocera’s ceramic housing standards.
• Target Background: R&D experience from Kyocera, Murata, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, or top-tier optical component manufacturers
