About the Role
Lead a team of structural engineers, delivering hands‑on design, managing staff, business development, client and project management, and mentor graduates. The position is ideal for a Chartered engineer who has reached a glass ceiling in a current practice and seeks further development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design structural solutions in all main materials.
- Lead client and project management.
- Manage and mentor staff, including graduates.
- Drive business development and contribute to firm growth.
Qualifications
- Chartered Engineer.
- Experience in design across all main materials.
