Overview
Looking to grow our environmental team in Scotland (with potential work across UK and Ireland). The role involves coordinating and delivering environmental studies, including EIAs, options appraisals, and consenting projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with coordination and delivery of environmental work undertaken by multidisciplinary teams, including EIAs, options appraisals, environmental management, and consenting.
- Collate and edit information from a range of sources to produce clear, well‑written reports.
- Competently undertake own work to an excellent standard on time and within budget.
- Support senior management with bid preparation and project management to ensure projects are delivered on‑time, on‑budget and to quality and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Degree or Masters in an environmental or equivalent science subject.
- Chartered or working toward chartership with a relevant professional body.
- Experience working on EIA and consenting projects across any sector.
- Good knowledge of the EIA process and environmental technical specialists.
- Strong report writing, verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate issues and ideas effectively.
- Flexible, adaptable and willing to work from other offices.
- Highly self‑motivated with strong enthusiasm and commitment to delivering sustainable outcomes.
