Product Analyst

Arcus Search are looking for a Product Analyst for a Financial Services organisation based in London.

Key details are below:

Reporting to: Director of Product

Location: Central London – 3 days a week in the office

Salary: up to £70k

The role

This position will sit across a suite of three products, and will be responsible for leveraging data to generate actionable insights and support product decision‑making. You will specialise in analysing product performance, building reports and dashboards, and translating findings into recommendations that improve efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes.

Experience Required

• Strong in SQL and/or Python
• Experienced in Power BI / Tableau / Looker / or equivalent
• 3+ years working in a Product team
• Ability to measure metrics including adoption, engagement, retention, churn
