EPIC Consultant (Optime And Anesthesia)

Overview

Senior Analyst – EPIC Consultant (OpTime & Anesthesia) – London (Hybrid) / Reading, UK. Contract to Perm, 18‑month contract, PAYE engagement.

Responsibilities

The Senior EPIC Analyst will serve as a subject‑matter expert, leading end‑to‑end lifecycle activities: design, configuration, optimisation and ongoing support for Epic OpTime and Anesthesia. The role partners closely with clinical, operational and IT stakeholders to ensure Epic supports safe, efficient and high‑quality surgical and anaesthesia workflows across the peri‑operative continuum.

Qualifications

• 3+ years EPIC application experience with a deep focus on OpTime and Anesthesia
• Epic OpTime Certification (required)
• Epic Anesthesia Certification (required)
• Strong understanding of peri‑operative and anaesthesia clinical workflows
• Experience working directly with clinical stakeholders in a hospital or surgical environment
• Proven ability to lead complex build and optimisation efforts independently

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Lumen (bonus)
• Experience with Epic Cupid (bonus)
