Job Introduction

The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA) is seeking to appoint an Employment and Skills Data Analyst to join the Employment & Skills team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing, analysing and reporting data to support the operational effectiveness of the Employment and Skills Service.
  • Developing and implementing data collection systems.
  • Utilising a range of software reporting packages, such as Power BI.
  • Producing regular reports that track key metrics.

Key Qualifications

Applicants should have proficiency in SQL and data processing tools, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and a focus on delivery.

Employment Details

This role is secondment cover and will be a fixed term ending on 31st March 2027.

Salary

£42,839 – £46,142. This is the full‑time equivalent salary and will be pro‑rata for part‑time.
