Working within a team of about 10 members led by renowned experts in M&A, Equity, and Corporate Finance, you will handle high-quality work and receive mentoring to develop your skills and career.

The role offers exposure to various corporate transactions, including:
- Mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
- Due diligence and disclosure
- Investment and shareholder agreements
- Share restructuring and group re-organisation
- Share options, company formation, and administration
- Restructuring and insolvency instructions
