As EMEA Account Sourcing Manager, you will lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across Integrated Facilities Management services for a flagship client account. This senior role sits at the heart of value creation—driving commercial outcomes, strengthening supplier performance, and ensuring robust compliance across the EMEA region. You will act as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders, shaping sourcing strategies that support operational excellence and long-term growth. The role offers significant regional exposure, influence, and the opportunity to contribute to transformation and sustainability agendas.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement activities across all Integrated Facilities Management service categories within the account.
- Develop and execute EMEA-wide and country-specific sourcing strategies aligned with client objectives and account priorities.
- Deliver measurable cost savings, commercial improvements, and value‑add initiatives through structured negotiations and sourcing execution.
- Manage RFP processes from strategy and documentation through evaluation, supplier selection, and final recommendations.
- Oversee supplier performance and relationships, driving continuous improvement through KPIs, governance, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Represent Sourcing & Procurement in client, governance, and operational forums, partnering closely with Account Directors and Facilities teams.
- Produce accurate and insightful reporting on savings, compliance, risk, and supplier performance using approved procurement systems.
- Support transformation, sustainability, D&I, and account transition initiatives, including supplier onboarding and mobilisation across EMEA.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management within Integrated Facilities Management or complex service‑driven environments.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA supplier landscape and experience managing multinational suppliers across multiple countries.
- Proven capability in running RFPs, e‑sourcing initiatives, and negotiating contracted services with strong commercial judgement.
- Highly developed analytical and financial skills, with confidence in savings tracking and performance reporting.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through.
- Fluency in English; additional Western European languages are an advantage. MCIPS or equivalent qualification is desirable.
