Hybrid Real Estate Paralegal (Assistant) – 9‑Month Contract

CMS is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Paralegal or experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our Legal Services Unit in our Sheffield or Manchester office on a 9 month fixed term contract.

The role will be focused on supporting one of our energy and utilities clients with documenting land rights in Scotland and England via servitudes and easements, managing your own caseload of transactions, taking client instructions, negotiating the deeds and arranging completions.
