Treasury & DCM Manager – Fixed Term Contract

We are recruiting for a Treasury and Capital Markets focused role at a growing Fintech firm. The successful candidate will have full ownership of the Treasury function, focusing on liquidity, funding and operational excellence, whilst optimising their capital resources and SPV management

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for the loan portfolio’s securitisation vehicle
• Ensure compliance with reporting, financial covenants, and concentration limits
• Owning key financial models, monitoring loan portfolio performance to ensure daily liquidity and long-term cashflow forecasts
• Manage the debt facility and cultivate key lender relationship, leading on the origination of new funding sources
• Execute weekly loan sales to the SPV and manage periodic loan repurchases to facilitate NPL sales to third parties
• Drive improvements to the treasury function to support a scaling business

Requirements

• Proven track record in a Treasury or Capital Markets role, specifically within Financial Services or a Fintech
• Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large, complex datasets.
• Direct experience in securing and managing funding through capital markets and managing debt facilities within a Financial Services firm
• Confident with MS Excel, familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus
• Ability to communicate with clarity at the Board level.
• Strong ability with relationship management
