Telecoms Fibre Engineer / FTTP Engineer

Pay: Rate card; no earnings cap.

Job Description

• Completing fibre installations
• Overhead and underground jobs
• Completing fibre surveying and repair orders
• Site inspection evaluations including traffic management
• Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and enquiries

Key Requirements

• Full UK driver’s licence with no more than 6 points

Training Provided

Initial training at a national training centre. Full attendance Monday to Friday is mandatory; missing days impacts progression.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting objects regularly
• Climbing ladders safely
• Bending and stretching comfortably
• Wearing personal protective gear correctly most of the day
