Ecommerce & Marketplace Agency
A high growth ecommerce and marketplace agency is looking for a commercially driven Head of Growth to help shape the next stage of its expansion.
Working with ambitious consumer brands across Amazon, retail media and digital commerce, the business has built a strong reputation within the ecommerce space and is now looking for someone to lead commercial growth, elevate market presence and drive long term revenue strategy.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast moving environments, enjoys building commercial momentum and wants genuine influence within an entrepreneurial business.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership across sales, marketing and client growth, helping to scale the agency’s commercial performance while strengthening its positioning within the ecommerce and marketplace industry.
The Role
This role combines commercial strategy, new business leadership, brand positioning and revenue growth.
You’ll lead the agency’s growth function across sales, marketing, partnerships and commercial development while helping shape wider business strategy and future direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
Commercial Growth & Strategy
- Own and deliver the agency’s growth and revenue strategy
- Identify new commercial opportunities across ecommerce, Amazon, retail media and emerging marketplaces
- Build strong relationships with ambitious consumer brands and ecommerce businesses
- Develop scalable sales processes, forecasting and reporting structures
- Support wider business strategy alongside senior leadership
New Business Leadership
- Lead the full new business journey from outreach through to pitch and close
- Oversee proposals, pricing conversations and commercial negotiations
- Develop and mentor commercial and marketing talent
- Drive outbound strategy, partnerships and networking opportunities
- Use data, insight and market knowledge to improve performance and decision making
Brand & Market Positioning
- Lead thought leadership and brand visibility across the ecommerce space
- Help position the agency as a leader within marketplaces, Amazon and retail media
- Support content strategy, events, partnerships and industry presence
- Collaborate closely with internal specialists across growth, advertising and marketplace strategy
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience within a commercial, growth or business development leadership role
- Background within ecommerce, digital, marketplaces, retail media or agency environments
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets and forecasting
- Confident leading pitches, proposals and senior stakeholder conversations
- Experience within Amazon or marketplace ecosystems is highly beneficial
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate strategically and commercially
- Passion for ecommerce, growth and scaling ambitious businesses
