The Role
Looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring activity aligns with client objectives and drives measurable results. Working closely with Account Directors, you’ll oversee campaign planning, media buying, reporting, and optimisation across both digital and offline channels.
You will act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, collaborating with fellow Account Managers to deliver cohesive, insight-driven responses to briefs. This is a hands-on role with real scope to influence strategy and identify opportunities for revenue growth across wider agency services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead media planning, buying, activation, and campaign management across multiple channels
- Manage multiple client accounts within the Financial Services sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners and partners
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise activity to improve results
- Deliver data-led media recommendations aligned to client objectives
- Support new business pitches alongside the wider team
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Coordinate creative asset delivery for campaign launches
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in a media agency or client-side marketing role
- Proven experience planning and buying multi-channel campaigns
- Strong understanding of the evolving media landscape
- Familiarity with industry tools such as YouGov and Nielsen
- Ability to evaluate media opportunities and present clear recommendations
- Excellent client management skills with a high standard of service delivery
