Faith-based Mentor Programs Lead for Youth & Volunteers

Chapter2 is seeking a Mentor Manager in Reading to supervise volunteer mentors and support boys within our church partnership programme. The role is a full-time, 37.5-hour week, based in Reading, with occasional out-of-hours work.

We seek a self-starter who can work within a small team and is committed to empowering young people through mentoring. Experience managing volunteers and supporting young people is essential.
