Facilities Manager — Energy & Compliance Leader (Exeter)

South West Norse is recruiting a Facilities Manager to lead our Exeter team. This office-based role will oversee staff, budgets and contractor relationships across multiple sites in the South West, with travel to sites required and a UK driving licence is essential.

You will drive KPI achievement, implement maintenance regimes, and develop energy strategies to reduce consumption and CO2. A strong safety mindset, plus IOSH IWFM qualifications, are highly valued.
