Director – Special Situations M&A & Corporate Finance

FRP Advisory is looking for an Associate Director/Director of Corporate Finance to manage special situations transactions in London. You will lead M&A processes, conduct financial analysis, and develop strategies to maximize client value.

The ideal candidate should have extensive corporate finance experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build client relationships. This full-time role is onsite and offers an opportunity to mentor and develop a team.
