Overview

Our client, a well-established and diverse law firm, is recruiting for a qualified Solicitor to join its leading Corporate Team, one of the highest profiles in Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Work with international companies, fund managers, private equity matters and investment banks.
• Collaborate with other leading teams within the business, including Real Estate, Restructuring, Business Advisory and Banking.

Experience & Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ PQE in corporate/ corporate finance transactional work; strong aptitude for applying skills to corporate finance.
• Open to candidates with less direct experience who demonstrate enthusiasm and transferable skills.

Location

Full-time position based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
