We’re growing rapidly across North London & Hertfordshire, and we’re looking for therapists ready to transition into a client-facing, performance-focused coaching role.

What you’ll be doing
- Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates sessions in a premium studio environment
- Use your anatomy & rehab knowledge to support client outcomes
- Help clients improve movement, strength, mobility & injury prevention
- Build and grow your own 1:1 client base (optional)
- Create a personalised, results-driven experience for every client
What we’re looking for
You must have ONE of the following:
- Level 3 Sports Massage
- Degree in Sports Therapy or Sports Rehabilitation
Plus:
- Full driving licence & access to a car
- Confident, motivated & client-focused mindset
- Full-time availability (4 weekdays + 1 weekend day)
- Passion for helping clients improve performance and recovery
