Fitness & Health Coach (Group Classes & Personal Programs)

Exeter City Council is seeking a proactive Fitness & Leisure Assistant to support daily operations of the city’s leisure centre. You will assist with inductions, fitness assessments, personal programmes, and group exercise classes, while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

The role requires you to work on a shift rota, travel to other sites when needed, and help achieve income targets in a busy fitness environment.
