Coba IT are hiring on behalf of a client for a ServiceNow Engineer to help design, build, and optimise high-impact solutions on a critical enterprise platform.

The Role
As a ServiceNow Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering scalable solutions that support large-scale digital transformation.
You’ll collaborate with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and leadership to ensure the platform is robust, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs—while also supporting and mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions
- Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimised for performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and solutions
- Participate in code reviews and promote best practice across the team
- Embed secure coding standards and ensure platform integrity
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across the platform
- Mentor and support junior developers, helping elevate team capability
What We’re Looking For
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and development
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions
- Ability to guide and mentor other engineers
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working within complex, regulated environments
- Exposure to AI capabilities within ServiceNow (e.g. agent design)
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder
- Broader understanding of digital transformation and platform strategy
