This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven Building Surveyor with a strong business development focus and the ability to lead, grow and shape a high performing team in a competitive London market.
The Role
As Partner and Head of Building Surveying, you will take full responsibility for leading and expanding the London Building Surveying offering. This is a strategic position with a clear mandate for growth, requiring a strong market presence and a demonstrable ability to win and retain work.
You will play a central role in driving revenue, strengthening client relationships and raising the profile of the service line across London and beyond. Working closely with fellow Partners, you will contribute to the wider business strategy while building and mentoring your own team.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing the London Building Surveying team
- Driving business development and revenue growth
- Leveraging an existing client network and market presence
- Identifying and converting new opportunities across multiple sectors
- Recruiting, mentoring and developing surveyors
- Contributing to the strategic direction of the wider Partnership
About You
- MRICS qualified and operating at Director or Partner level
- Strong track record of business development and fee generation
- Established client relationships within the London market
- Proven leadership experience and ability to grow teams
- Commercially astute, entrepreneurial and growth focused
