Responsibilities
- Providing administration support.
- Managing the office supplies, upkeep, cleanliness.
- Receiving visitors and setting up for training and meetings.
- Being the first point of contact for any email and phone enquiries.
- Other administration duties as required e.g., registering learners onto courses, proof reading of reports & formatting pricing proposals.
- Contributing to our processes and documentation.
- Working on online portals to manage client training.
- Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.
