Room Leader (Term-time only)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Lead to join our team in Bexleyheath. This term-time role is perfect for a passionate Early Years professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Key Details:

• Start Date: April
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, term-time only (37 weeks per year)
• Salary: £14 per hour
• Training: Comprehensive training provided

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• At least two years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Passionate about child development and committed to high-quality care and education
