About the role
You will support finance transformation by managing core finance systems and driving change initiatives across Workday Financials or Adaptive Planning. Acting as a go‑to specialist, you’ll oversee system administration, maintenance and continuous improvement activities while also contributing to project delivery, business analysis and stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll do
- Lead administration, maintenance and day‑to‑day operation of Workday Financials or Adaptive Planning
- Support and deliver finance change initiatives, including project management and business analysis
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to improve processes and system usage
- Contribute to system implementations, upgrades and post‑go‑live support
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reporting and data accuracy
- Communicate changes, updates and impacts clearly to stakeholders
- Support ongoing optimisation of finance systems and workflows
What we’re looking for
Experience
- Experience working with Workday Financials and/or Adaptive Planning
- Background in finance systems implementation or post‑go‑live support
- Experience delivering change initiatives within finance or business systems
Skills
- Strong stakeholder communication and ability to influence senior management
- Solid understanding of finance processes and system workflows
- Project management and business analysis capabilities
- Analytical, structured and problem‑solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience in insurance, financial services or similar sectors
- Experience supporting enterprise finance transformations
- Familiarity with data‑driven decision making and reporting tools
