Santa – Webbs, Wychbold

Overview

Webbs is seeking four Santa lookalikes for a seasonal role at our Wychbold store. The role involves entertaining children and guests, maintaining character, and delivering a festive experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with children and adults in a friendly and engaging manner.
• Remain in character and perform without a script.
• Ensure personal warmth and energy for up to six-hour shifts.
• Collaborate with support staff to create a safe and enjoyable environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver a strong “Ho Ho Ho” voice.
• Friendly, outgoing, and well‑presented.
• Prior experience working with children or in entertainment is advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check (at company expense).

Working Hours & Conditions

• Fixed‑term, zero‑hour position: 9 November 2026 (induction) to 29 December 2026.
• Shifts of typically four hours, with some six‑hour options; evenings until 10 pm possible.
• Competitive hourly rate.
