Overview

Stanton House is partnering with a PE-backed IT services and cloud solutions business to recruit a Head of FP&A. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, acquisitive organisation operating in the software and technology space, supporting senior leaders during a period of transformation and scale. The role sits at the centre of the business, providing high-quality financial insight, constructive challenge and decision support across central cost centres and operating divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary finance partner for central cost centres and selected operating divisions.
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis across P&L, balance sheet and cashflow.
  • Lead monthly performance review meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactively challenge and influence leadership to drive improved commercial outcomes.
  • Prepare monthly Board Packs and business review reporting.
  • Own forecasting processes, including short- and long-term models and sensitivity analysis.
  • Monitor compliance with financial covenants and support PE stakeholder reporting.
  • Review sales pipeline performance and key commercial metrics.
  • Support systems improvements, automation and BI-led reporting.
  • Provide financial support for strategic projects and M&A activity.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in a commercially focused finance or business partnering role.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business performance.
  • Good understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue models.
  • Experience in a PE-backed, technology or IT services environment.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
