Description of role
This role is a graduate / entry level opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in Consultancy. Our Associate Consulting Pathway (ACP) is a structured programme designed to get you up to speed and contributing to our client projects within one month.
You will mix on‑the‑job learning with tailored training sessions designed to ensure you have a high level of understanding of what we do, how we do it, and what the expected outcomes are for our clients.
We will provide opportunities to work across all our client‑focussed communities to support you in developing a wide variety of skills. These include:
- Finance – Partner with client stakeholders to analyse finance operations and reporting needs, defining the best‑fit Finance solution and mapping out the future system design.
- HR – Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand workforce and HR process needs, shaping how future HR systems should work and supporting the design of the implementation approach.
- Change – Support clients through business transformation projects by helping people adapt to new HR and Finance systems, processes, and ways of working.
- Project Delivery – Manage projects from start to finish by planning tasks, coordinating people and resources, tracking progress, and making sure client goals are delivered on time and within budget.
- Data & Enterprise Architecture – Work with client Data Owners and Technology teams to understand how data and systems are used today, ensure data can be moved and managed securely, assess data quality, and plan how technology and data should support the client’s future needs.

We are looking for candidates who have:

- A recent UK degree and/or
- MS Office experience and/or
- Customer service experience (voluntary or professional)
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role will be £29,000 p.a. rising to £32,000 p.a. after 12 months. Associate Consultants will additionally receive milestone bonuses at both 18 and 24 months.
