Role Summary

This is a rare opportunity to be the senior talent partner for one of Europe’s most ambitious mobility and delivery platforms. You’ll be embedded with the Business Operations function, shaping how a fast-moving team hires across rides, food, grocery and retail. You’ll work directly with senior Operations leaders, bringing rigour, speed, and genuine market knowledge to every search. This isn’t a reactive role — you’ll be proactive, consultative, and commercially aware, with full accountability for pipeline quality and hiring outcomes.

What you will do

  • You understand what great Operations talent looks like — from commercial strategy to process design.
  • You’ve run senior searches across multiple markets, navigated relocation scenarios, and built pipelines across Europe and beyond.
  • Fast-moving tech environment demands urgency. You build tight processes without cutting corners on candidate experience or hire quality.
  • You track what matters — time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance. You use data to tell a story and improve continuously.
  • You don’t wait for applicants. You map markets, build talent communities, and know where the best Operations leaders are hiding.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to Operations, Strategy, or fast-growth tech/startup environments.
  • Experience managing high-volume, multi-market operations.
  • Background in
  • You should be comfortable managing end-to-end hiring processes and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience hiring for operational or business-critical roles in scaling organisations is highly valued. A data-driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to track and improve hiring metrics, is important.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.
