We run PPC for international clients across competitive markets. We’re looking for a specialist who takes ownership of campaigns — someone who spots what isn’t working and fixes it without being asked.

Our PPC team manages significant budgets across Google Ads, Meta, and beyond — with direct client relationships and a strong culture of continuous improvement. You won’t be a cog in a large machine here; you’ll own your campaigns and see the direct impact of your work.
The role
You’ll work across our client portfolio — researching, building, and optimising paid campaigns with a level of autonomy that rewards people who back themselves. You’ll liaise directly with clients, own your reporting, and contribute to the agency’s broader commercial growth.
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid platforms for international clients
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting analysis to maximise campaign efficiency
- Interpret campaign metrics proactively — identify what’s underperforming and act on it
- Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality
- Communicate directly with clients — presenting performance, managing expectations, and building strong relationships
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and social teams on integrated campaignsStay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging PPC best practices
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years hands-on PPC experience — Google Ads and Meta Ads essential
- Demonstrable results: you can talk through campaigns you’ve run and the outcomes you drove
- Strong data analysis skills — comfortable in Google Analytics 4 and native platform reporting
- Client-facing confidence: you can explain performance clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Organised and deadline-driven — you manage multiple accounts without things slipping
- Google Ads certification is a plus; genuine platform knowledge matters more
- UK work authorisation required
