Transport Supervisor

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Transport Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position at our West Drayton location. The Transport Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, and manage a team of drivers to maintain efficient transport services. Responsibilities include planning delivery schedules, monitoring driver performance, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.

Position is only open to UK candidates only.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with drivers, clients, and stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Experience in logistics or transport management is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as routing or fleet management system
