My client is a well-established, multi £m turnover ecommerce business in the wonderful world of plants and garden supplies.

We are looking for a passionate Paid Media Executive / Manager to join a well-established in-house Ecommerce & Marketing team.

Mainly focusing on day-to-day activation and management of paid social campaigns across Meta, you will also have the opportunity to support on paid search campaigns when needed.

Salary – Up to £38k

Surrey / Berkshire Boarder – Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

The Role

  • Support in the day-to-day execution and optimisation of campaigns across our Paid Social and Paid Search channels for 2 brands – with a heavy focus on Meta Ads.
  • Build, monitor, and refine audiences, targeting strategies, and bid optimisation tactics.
  • Run regular A/B tests to determine optimal copy/audience/bidding strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices across paid channels.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROAS and campaign efficiency.
  • Use platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, and third-party attribution tools to aid data driven decisions.
  • Work closely with the wider ecommerce and marketing teams to support campaign development.
  • Share paid activity insights across teams to inform broader marketing efforts.

The Person

  • Ideally at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing / paid media, including hands-on paid social campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong performance for ecommerce brands.
  • Up to date working knowledge of current Paid Search and Paid Social channels; such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A collaborative attitude focused on delivering results as part of the wider business.
