Role Overview
You will grow the business by developing client relationships, building a strong team and delivering high‑quality talent. The role centres around both new business development and expanding existing client relationships, with a focus on Strategy & Planning roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver significant personal billings, driving revenue growth and developing client relationships across Strategy & Planning.
- Expand our Strategy & Planning offering with access to a large, established client base, while growing the desk through new and organic business development.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and placements.
- Define and implement growth strategies for our Strategy & Planning recruitment practice.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the client base across agencies, in‑house teams and marketing functions.
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, understanding strategic hiring needs and offering consultative solutions.
- Provide sector insights, market trends and talent intelligence to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with agency leadership on cross‑practice initiatives and strategic planning.
- Represent DNA Recruit at industry events, networking functions and sector conferences.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Strategy & Planning recruitment.
- Demonstrable success in business development, client acquisition and market growth.
- Strong knowledge of Strategy & Planning sector roles, market trends and emerging talent.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and client relationship skills.
- Commercially minded, strategic thinker with a proven ability to deliver results.
