Multi Skilled Engineer (Building / Tiling / Civils / Wet Trades), £20.00 Per Hour CIS

We are currently seeking two experienced Multi Skilled Operatives with backgrounds in Building, Tiling, Civils, or Wet Trades to join our clients busy and fast‑paced team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of reactive maintenance and repair works across building, tiling, civils, and wet trades
• Respond promptly and effectively to reactive maintenance requests
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs to a high standard
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate progress effectively
• Deliver excellent customer service while working on-site
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of the wider operational team

Requirements

• Previous experience in Building, Tiling, Civils, or Wet Trades essential
• Multi‑skilled trade experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑paced, high‑volume reactive environment
• Strong practical, problem‑solving, and fault‑finding skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Full UK driving licence required
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage workloads independently
