Working closely with senior sponsors and executive leadership, the Programme Director provides clear insight, constructive challenge and transparent reporting on progress, risks and trade‑offs. The role drives cross‑functional execution across all underwriting, claims, operations, technology, compliance etc and oversees delivery partners, and establishes strong governance, capability and delivery discipline.

Your Background

You are likely operating already as a Programme Director or Transformation Director within insurance or financial services, with a strong reputation for execution and delivery control.
