Job description HR Administrator – 6 Month Contract (Potential Extension)We are currently recruiting for two HR Administrators to support a busy and fast-paced engineering/manufacturing environment across two locations:Campsie, Northern IrelandBurnfoot, Co. DonegalThese are 6-month contract roles, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.SalaryBurnfoot (ROI): € per hourCampsie (NI): £14 .50 per hourThe RoleThe HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting with core HR processes across a large operational workforce.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a high-volume, professional HR environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the HR team across a range of HR activitiesMaintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and complianceAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updatesSupport recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate communicationPrepare HR reports and maintain data within HR systemsAssist with payroll-related administration (timesheets, absence tracking, etc.)Handle employee queries in a professional and timely mannerSupport HR projects and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure all HR processes align with company policies and employment legislationRequirementsPrevious experience in an administrative or HR support roleStrong organisational skills and attention to detailGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to handle confidential information with discretionStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentDesirablePrevious experience in a manufacturing or engineering environmentExposure to HR systems or databasesUnderstanding of basic employment legislation (NI or ROI)What’s on OfferOpportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a large organisationSupportive and collaborative team environmentPotential for contract extension based on performanceImmediate start available…
